檢查各接線(xiàn)接口是否出現(xiàn)松動(dòng)，然后檢查串口及中斷號(hào)是否有沖突，若有沖突，應(yīng)調(diào)整資源，避開(kāi)沖突。再檢查觸摸屏表面是否出現(xiàn)裂縫，如有裂縫應(yīng)及時(shí)更換。還需要檢查觸摸屏表面是否有塵垢，若有，用軟布進(jìn)行清除。觀察檢查控制盒上的指示燈是否工作正常，正常時(shí)，指示燈為綠色，并且閃爍。如果上面的部分均正常，可用替換法檢查觸摸屏，先替換控制盒，再替換觸摸屏，后替換主機(jī)。如果是表面聲波觸摸屏可進(jìn)行如下檢修：如果是電阻觸摸屏可進(jìn)行如下檢修：1）檢查觸摸屏的連線(xiàn)是否接對(duì)，其中一個(gè)連接主機(jī)鍵盤(pán)口的連線(xiàn)（從鍵盤(pán)口取5伏觸摸屏工作電壓）有沒(méi)有連接，請(qǐng)檢查連線(xiàn)。2）觀察觸摸屏控制盒燈的情況，如果不亮或是亮紅燈則說(shuō)明控制盒已壞請(qǐng)更換。3）如果確認(rèn)不是以上請(qǐng)況，請(qǐng)刪除觸摸屏驅(qū)動(dòng)并重啟動(dòng)計(jì)算機(jī)重新安裝驅(qū)動(dòng)，或更換更新更高版本的驅(qū)動(dòng)。
