雙電源開關(guān)控制器可以對(duì)兩路供電電源(常用電源和備用電源)進(jìn)行實(shí)時(shí)檢測(cè)。當(dāng)其中一路電源(常用電源或備用電源)斷電或是缺相時(shí),控制器就會(huì)發(fā)出切換命令,使供電電源自動(dòng)切換到另一路電源(備用電源或常用電源)上,以此來保障供電的連續(xù)性??刂破鞯墓ぷ鞣绞街饕凶詣?dòng)方式和手動(dòng)方式兩種。
(1)自投自復(fù)模式:控制器對(duì)兩路電源進(jìn)行監(jiān)控,當(dāng)兩路電源都正常工作時(shí),則負(fù)載由常用電源供電;當(dāng)常用電源發(fā)生故障(斷電或缺相)時(shí),控制器發(fā)出切換命令使電源自動(dòng)切換到備用電源,此時(shí)負(fù)載由備用電源供電;當(dāng)常用電源恢復(fù)正常時(shí),控制器再次發(fā)出切換命令使負(fù)載供電由備用電源返回到常用電源。
(2)自投不自復(fù)模式:其工作方式和自投自復(fù)類似,但只有當(dāng)備用電源也出現(xiàn)故障時(shí)才自動(dòng)返回到常用電源,否則將一直由備用電源給負(fù)載供電。
(3)電網(wǎng)-發(fā)電機(jī)模式:當(dāng)常用電源發(fā)生故障時(shí),控制器輸出發(fā)電機(jī)啟動(dòng)命令,經(jīng)短暫延時(shí)后斷開常用電源,此時(shí)負(fù)載由發(fā)電機(jī)供電;當(dāng)常用電源恢復(fù)正常時(shí),控制器輸出發(fā)電機(jī)停機(jī)命令同時(shí)電源自動(dòng)切換到常用電源上,負(fù)載返回到由常用電源供電模式。
在手動(dòng)模式下,電源不能自動(dòng)切換而需要人為操作,主要有常用電源供電、備用電源供電和斷電再扣方式。

(2) Automatic switching without automatic recovery mode: its working mode is similar to that of automatic switching and automatic recovery, but it will automatically return to the common power supply only when the standby power supply also fails, otherwise the standby power supply will always supply power to the load.
(3) Grid generator mode: when the common power supply fails, the controller outputs the generator start command, and after a short delay, the common power supply is disconnected. At this time, the load is powered by the generator; When the common power supply returns to normal, the controller outputs the generator shutdown command, and the power supply is automatically switched to the common power supply, and the load returns to the power supply mode by the common power supply.
In the manual mode, the power supply cannot be switched automatically but needs to be operated manually. There are mainly common power supply, standby power supply and power failure and re deduction.
