雙電源開關(guān)控制器可以對兩路供電電源(常用電源和備用電源)進行實時檢測。當其中一路電源(常用電源或備用電源)斷電或是缺相時,控制器就會發(fā)出切換命令,使供電電源自動切換到另一路電源(備用電源或常用電源)上,以此來保障供電的連續(xù)性。控制器的工作方式主要有自動方式和手動方式兩種。
(1)自投自復(fù)模式:控制器對兩路電源進行監(jiān)控,當兩路電源都正常工作時,則負載由常用電源供電;當常用電源發(fā)生故障(斷電或缺相)時,控制器發(fā)出切換命令使電源自動切換到備用電源,此時負載由備用電源供電;當常用電源恢復(fù)正常時,控制器再次發(fā)出切換命令使負載供電由備用電源返回到常用電源。
(2)自投不自復(fù)模式:其工作方式和自投自復(fù)類似,但只有當備用電源也出現(xiàn)故障時才自動返回到常用電源,否則將一直由備用電源給負載供電。
(3)電網(wǎng)-發(fā)電機模式:當常用電源發(fā)生故障時,控制器輸出發(fā)電機啟動命令,經(jīng)短暫延時后斷開常用電源,此時負載由發(fā)電機供電;當常用電源恢復(fù)正常時,控制器輸出發(fā)電機停機命令同時電源自動切換到常用電源上,負載返回到由常用電源供電模式。
在手動模式下,電源不能自動切換而需要人為操作,主要有常用電源供電、備用電源供電和斷電再扣方式。

(2) Automatic switching without automatic recovery mode: its working mode is similar to that of automatic switching and automatic recovery, but it will automatically return to the common power supply only when the standby power supply also fails, otherwise the standby power supply will always supply power to the load.
(3) Grid generator mode: when the common power supply fails, the controller outputs the generator start command, and after a short delay, the common power supply is disconnected. At this time, the load is powered by the generator; When the common power supply returns to normal, the controller outputs the generator shutdown command, and the power supply is automatically switched to the common power supply, and the load returns to the power supply mode by the common power supply.
In the manual mode, the power supply cannot be switched automatically but needs to be operated manually. There are mainly common power supply, standby power supply and power failure and re deduction.
